This option gives you the flexibility to train in person once or twice a month, while still receiving weekly coaching, check-ins, and a fully personalised plan built around your goals, schedule, and body. Whether you want to lose fat, build lean muscle, improve energy, or take control of your long-term health, this programme offers the same high-level guidance—with added flexibility.

HOW IT WORKS

Initial Blood Panel & Deep Health Assessment
We start by analysing your bloodwork to understand what’s happening inside your body—from hormone levels and nutrient status to inflammation and metabolic health. This helps us design a completely tailored plan for you. -
Monthly In-Person Coaching Sessions (1–2x/month)
These sessions are focused and strategic—covering form, technique, programming progression, and education to maximise your results between visits. -
Weekly Online Check-ins & Progress Monitoring
You’ll stay on track with structured weekly check-ins via video or message. We'll assess your progress, adjust your training or nutrition as needed, and keep you accountable every step of the way. -
Fully Personalised Plan
Your training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle guidance are all tailored to your goals and blood results. You'll receive detailed programming and instructions for what to do between sessions.
